There’s nothing like the clean slate of a new year to reconnect with your creative spirit. Join Joyce Tenneson and Susan Currie, two longtime friends, and colleagues who share a love of photography and writing. This three-day immersion will help you connect with your authentic, creative voice. Through powerful guided photography exercises and simple writing prompts, students will learn to access their own signature styles and emerge better able to edit and focus on images that will have power and hold together as a body of work. The workshop will also have time for you to go on location to photograph new images. Last year’s participants left inspired and at ease in their own natural artistic flow:
“When I walked out of Palm Beach Photographic Center on the last day of the workshop, I was intoxicated with creativity and inspiration, high with new ideas, tired, grateful, and happy.” Francesca
“This retreat was so rejuvenating on so many levels and a true gift. You are extraordinary women, mentors and teachers, and I thank you for the depth of my being.” Lisa
This workshop is suitable for photographers of all levels. Join us this winter in beautiful Palm Beach for this transformative three day Creative Burst!
JOYCE TENNESON BIO:
Joyce Tenneson is the author of 16 books, including the bestseller Wise Women. Tenneson has mentored a generation of photographers and helped them tune into their own creative voices. She facilitates workshops which blend photography, simple journal writing, and guided imagery. Critics have written that Tenneson’s work is “haunting” and seems to come from some “mysterious realm outside of time.” Joyce spent many years in an interdisciplinary Jung study group and was a student of Joseph Campbell in her formative years as an artist. She has always had a dual interest in art and human development and has made blending these two passions the cornerstone of her creative and personal life. WWW.TENNESON.COM
