Virtual – Sport Photography Workshop w/Adam Stoltman
Online Zoom Class What are the techniques and tools which go into creating compelling action photography, and how can this knowledge be applied to other aspects of our photography? In this virtual workshop we will break down the techniques used by some of the world’s best action shooters, delve into the complexities of photographing bodies in motion, study successful examples, and seek to find ways to apply these lessons to all aspects of our own photography and visual storytelling. While we won’t be going to any live events we will be availing ourselves of action videos via the internet to better hone our abilities and understandings of the principles of movement and universal elements in all sports, as well as reviewing previous work by students who will be encouraged to share their own efforts to date for discussion. The sessions promise to be fun, personalized, interactive and engaging with rich examples by many of the best sports photographers in solving complex visual challenges.
